• Call Health Information Management at 970.384.6834 or…
• Enter www.vvh.org/patient-portals in your browser, and click on “register now”.
• Once you complete the enrollment form, you will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions.
• Bookmark the portal to make it convenient to access.
  The portal is NOT to be used for urgent medical needs. For medical emergencies, call 911.
