About William
William Weathers, MD is a fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologist in Glenwood Springs, Colorado who recently joined the Imaging at Valley View team. His specialties include orthopedic imaging and procedures not involving surgery. Musculoskeletal radiology appeals to Dr. Weathers as he works closely with Valley View’s orthopedic surgeons to help patients get back to optimal health. Dr. Weathers also worked as an exclusive provider for the Ironman Sports Institute and professional sports teams in Houston, TX. He looks forward to raising his family in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Dr. Weathers graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston/MD Anderson Radiology Program. He furthered his education by completing a fellowship at the same facility in musculoskeletal radiology.
Dr. Weathers specializes in orthopedic imaging, mammography, MRIs, PET and CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, and comprehensive health screenings of the body. These tests help investigate a patient’s symptoms to determine any health concerns so they can get the treatment they need to improve their health.
