About Kelly
Kelly Glenn, DO, is a wound care specialist at The Wound Care Center at Valley View. He earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by an internship in general surgery at the University of California Davis. He then completed his residency in emergency medicine at Kern Medical Center/UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He is board certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Glenn returned to Valley View after medical school and post-graduate training after previously working in the hospital as an emergency department nurse. Since returning to Valley View he has completed 14-plus years of practice in the emergency department. In the fall of 2024 he started practicing in the Wound Care Center.
Dr. Glenn’s professional interests include state-of-the-art modalities for wound healing and medical ethics.
When working with patients, Dr. Glenn prioritizes involving patients in their own care through helping them have a greater understanding of their condition.
Originally from Alabama, Dr. Glenn lives in Glenwood Springs with his wife, Mary. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, gardening and spending time with his friends.
