About Jolysa

Jolysa Bosco, DO is a pediatrician at Pediatric Partners. She earned her medical degree from Rocky Vista University, where she was valedictorian, and completed her pediatric residency at the DeVos Children’s Hospital at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.

According to Dr. Bosco, a unique aspect of working in pediatrics is the role she gets to play in the lives of patients early on. “Focusing on things like sleep, mental health, nutrition and creating good habits, sets children up for less risk of illness later on in their lives,” she says. “I want to put the power in the patient’s and their family’s own hands.”

When treating patients, Dr. Bosco is often able to focus on the whole family’s health, understanding that good habits begin at home. “Everyone is on the same team – parents, myself, anyone involve in a child’s care,” she says. “The number one priority is that patient’s health. I want families to know, I’m on their team.”

Dr. Bosco grew up in Eastern Colorado and moved to Glenwood Springs in 2024 with her husband, a physical therapist, and their daughter. She enjoys spending time outdoors, on the river and in the mountains she now calls home.
