About Jenny
Jenny Harris, MA, LPCC, ACC, is a behavioral health provider at Valley View’s Internal Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human ecology from the College of the Atlantic in Maine and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Palo Alto University in California.
Prior to joining Valley View, Jenny worked at Mountain Family Health Centers in Glenwood Springs and as an integration nutrition health coach and yoga teacher.
“I’ve had a long-standing passion for both mental and physical health,” says Jenny. “I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy, integrating the body and the environment into our work on managing mental health symptoms." Jenny specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction for both individuals and couples.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jenny has been in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, hiking and being in her kitchen.
