About Jeffrey
Dr. Jeff Thornton is a board-certified neurologist and treats a broad spectrum of neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, migraine, neuropathy, traumatic brain injury and concussion.
Dr. Thornton attended college in his hometown at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where he graduated with honors with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. Feeling called to apply his aptitude and gift for science to medicine, Dr. Thornton went on to complete medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. His postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship at the University of Oklahoma and neurology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, where he also served as chief resident.
