About Brooke
Dr. Brooke Halliwell has been at Women’s Health at Valley View since 2011 and deeply values practicing medicine in the great community of Glenwood Springs, CO. She is passionate about providing quality healthcare for women and enjoys working with patients from adolescence through the postmenopausal years. With her vast experience and training, Dr. Halliwell provides an array of procedures to improve her patients’ quality of life and guide them through the birthing process.
At Women’s Health at Valley View, Dr. Halliwell offers obstetric, fertility, gynecology, and women’s health services. As a part of obstetric care, she provides prenatal testing, ultrasounds and sonograms, and vaginal birth after cesarean section. Through gynecology and fertility services, Dr. Halliwell performs fertility testing, infertility treatment, well-women exams, Pap smears, as well as treatments for endometriosis, heavy bleeding, urinary disorders, and pelvic floor disorders. Additionally, she offers contraceptive counseling, hormone therapy, STD testing, and genetic testing through women’s health services.
Dr. Halliwell completed her medical degree at the University of New England in Maine. She then went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Penn State University. Dr. Halliwell has since become certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Along with her husband and her four children, Dr. Halliwell relishes spending time outdoors, skiing, running, and biking.
