New Online Bill Pay
Effective November 13, 2024, Valley View has changed its hospital billing
company from Instamed to PatientCO by Waystar.
Billing statements posted after November 13, 2024 for hospital services
are now mailed, emailed and texted.
Emailed Billing Statements:
You will receive an email from Waystar. You will be prompted to verify
your account with a PatientWallet code or date of birth and zip code.
Once you verify your account, you will be able to pay bill online via
PatientCO.
Texted Billing Statement:
You will receive a text message notifying you of a new bill at Valley View
Hospital. You will be prompted to visit a PatientCO link and verify your
account with a PatientWallet code or date of birth and zip code. Once
you verify your account, you will be able to pay bill online via PatientCO.
Mailed Billing Statements:
You will receive a bill from Valley View Hospital. You will be prompted
to pay online, by phone or by mail. If you choose to pay by mail, please
note the mailing address is a PO Box in Boston, MA.
You are also able to pay your bill online via the button below at
vvh.patientwallet.org. Please note, you cannot pay online without your bill. If you have lost
your bill, please call Valley View Customer Service at

Billing statements posted prior to November 13, 2024 for hospital services
will be from Instamed. These bills are no longer payable online via the
Instamed website. To pay these bills or set up a payment plan, please

Billing statements for services provided by Valley View physician practices
are separate from hospital billing statements. You can pay these bills via your
patient portal.

Valley View Hospital offers a 24 month interest free payment plan with a minimum payment of $50.00 a month.

Insurance
Valley View bills all insurance companies on your behalf. Please provide accurate and timely information. The best way to ensure the correct billing, is to provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card in one of the following ways:

Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a service to you, Valley View will bill your insurance company however, you are responsible for any charges not covered by your benefit plan. We encourage you to verify your benefits and participate in the billing process so your claims are paid according to your insurance plan. Valley View Hospital bills insurance for emergency room physician charges only. You will receive bills from the other physicians involved in your care.

Valley View Hospital is happy to provide an estimate for any service or procedure. All estimates are confidential.
In order to provide you with the most accurate estimate, please have the following information from your physician’s office available:
- Are outpatient or inpatient services scheduled?
- What is the primary ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) diagnosis code for the scheduled services?
- What is the CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) code for the scheduled services?
