We have proudly provided rehabilitation services for our Eagle Valley community since 1997. We have a passion for comprehensive wellness and as the only clinic in the Eagle Valley to offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services, we deliver multi-disciplinary wellness care that exceeds our patient’s expectations. We offer therapeutic services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults, and treat a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions and developmental disorders. With advanced clinical training in chronic pain, we are here to guide patients in learning about the science of pain and how to better manage and overcome pain. Our individualized, one-on-one therapy program is designed to promote improvement in daily function and quality of life. We are conveniently located on the ground floor and parking is available right outside our clinic on the north side of the building. When you enter the facility, our clinic is the second door on the right.
