Insurance Coverage
Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance
company. As a service to you, Valley View will bill your insurance company
however, you are responsible for any charges not covered by your benefit
plan. We encourage you to verify your benefits and participate in the
billing process so your claims are paid according to your insurance plan.

numbers. Actual amount can be higher or lower depending on patient and
doctor needs. Procedures listed include the top 30 lab charges, 25 high
volume performed tests or procedures, 5 high volume orthopedic procedures
and the top 50 inpatient procedures.
