Class Description
In the Full Childbirth Education class series, 15
different relaxation techniques are covered, and we spend about 3 hours
doing so. We cover nutrition, anatomy, the entire labor process, all
equipment and technology, medications, postpartum care, newborn care,
breastfeeding, car seat safety, and "Couplet
Care".
